The Reveal King Lifting Under Storage Bed is has an extra 50% more storage than a conventional storage bed. Offering 13 inches of depth supported by a superb hydraulic gas piston lifting mechanism, this bed is a very good choice for storage problems. The clever lifting pull-up feature allows for your storage items to be packed away and retrieved just as simply. The grey fabric work for any decor needs and lends a luxurious look. Maximize your storage options as well as your comfort with a King Version of the Reveal lifting bed. If the King is too big, see the Queen or Double Reveal. easy assembly and easy operating
The main reason why I bought the queen size reveal bed was due to the lift up functionality that allows me to store many items under the bed. The bed did not disappoint and did as advertised. But what left me with lasting positive memory is the customer service of the team. See, my bed frame was shipped with a few malfunctioned parts, when I contacted the team, they responded quickly to and shipped replacement parts immediately. I have nothing but good things to say about the customer service of Expand Furniture. We all made mistakes and what impressed me the most is how the team came together to solve the issues. I will be back if I need another multifunctional furnitures thanks to the team!
I would strongly suggest that if you have a king size bed that you order the heavy duty lift cylinders. With those installed the bed is easily lifted and held in the upright position. We live in Florida and storage is at a premium. The company is very easy to work with and friendly also! It took us about three hours to assemble but worth every minute of it!
I love the balance between form and function on this bed. The assembly was a little bumpy given that the pistons and some screws were not included, but this gave me the opportunity to try the marvelous customer service that Expand Furniture has. I quickly received the missing pieces and was able to finish the assembly.
Notice that it is recommended 2 people to assembly the bed, but if you read the instructions carefully before to start you would be able to plan a strategy and finish it around 1 hour (2 if you take your time like I did).
My only warning is to be aware of the weight of your mattress. I'm using a Satvaa mattress with a heavy pillow, I need to double check during opening the storage that it is going to remain open while I search something inside.
For the storage part... well, so many comic books under this bed you can't imagine.
This bed is very functional, as you can fit the whole closet of things inside, that is how spacious the underneath of the bed is. The side opening is very handy too. As an added bonus the bed looks expensive and the microfiber material is of a very good quality- not extra thick, but is not thin either. The bed was easy to assemble, and the customer service is totally professional, supportive and personable. I would buy again.
