Returns & Refund Policy

Our 2023 Murphy bed products all come with a 5 year hardware and parts warranty.
Our 2023 tables, chairs & sofa, products come with a 3 year warranty on mechanics and hardware.
Clearance items, FlexYah paper products do not come with a warranty.

Returns & Refund Policy:
We expect our customers will love our products as much as we do, however we understand things won’t always work as planned.
We created a 7 day trial with easy returns on most products to make sure our customers have flexibility.

Eligible for return:  Products with the note for 7 day easy return on the product pages. This includes almost all stocked tables, chairs, benches, couches and sectionals.

Ineligible items:  Products without this note are not eligible (Typically very large delivery items that require major assembly or are slept on). This includes Mezzanine lofts, custom order products, built to order products, clearance products, all wall beds, sofa beds, mattresses, and FlexYah chair products. For custom order products, once a production starts it cannot be cancelled.

You may return applicable products within 7 days of delivery and we will take care of the return process. We do require the product to be returned in it’s original packaging. Refunds will be processed after items are received and inspected. Shipping charges are non refundable, so the cost of return shipping will be subtracted from the refund. If you order a product with inclusive or free shipping and want to make a return there is a 15% processing fee on the product. (as there is no ship fee).  Returning an item because of damage in transit does not waive return fees or processing fees. If an item arrives damaged or defective we have the right to repair or replace. If there is aesthetic damage that results in us replacing the item, we insist you keep the aesthetically damaged piece until the new part arrives so you can use the item while waiting on a replacement. Wall bed systems are do it yourself installs and we do not cover the cost of installing new replacement parts.  If you reject or refuse delivery of a returnable product we consider this a return and you will be charged 2 way ship fees or the restock fee based on the product category. Refusal or rejection of non returnable products may result in extra shipping charges until final delivery is accepted. Please inquire for further details on specific items. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to show up in your account.
