Make sure to always lock the table after you convert to a shelf or table mode.
There are hidden wheels on one side of the table. This will allow you to move the table on flat surfaces. If you are on carpet you can put plastic sliders under the table to make it slide better.
Use 2 hands when moving the shelf and make sure to remove any unstable items.
